Oops I Missed One….

Wow where did the day go??? I had a great Jazz class this evening. Remember you should try to exercise at least 4 times a week, maybe more depending on if your body isn’t screaming for a break. Sometimes taking a break in between gives your body a chance to rest up. Anyway I am sorry I don’t have more….

Its 1 am right now and I need to get some rest. Thats important to getting a good night’s rest. At least 6 hours and trying to work up for 8. Well I can at least dream of getting 8…..
